Background
Participating in the PDP Governorship primaries in September 2019 was the catalyst that gave birth to the Onward Bayelsa movement. A gathering of men and women with a passion to see a new Bayelsa narrative unfold.
Over a 2 month period as we fleshed out ideas and a campaign strategy to win the governorship primaries, a few mantras were born. Onward Bayelsa! For the good of all and the love of Bayelsa!
And so was born Onward Bayelsa, a name we have come to love and for which we are eternally grateful to Oraye St. Franklin who initially coined it.
In the coming days we will unfold more as the activities of Onward Bayelsa gathers pace.
